【摘要】 目的 建立金灵咳露的质量标准。方法 采用化学分析法、紫外分光光度法对制剂中的麻黄、甘草进行定性鉴别。结果 采用紫外分光光度法，麻黄碱在285nm处有最大吸收，在0.02～0.12μg/ml范围内线性良好，平均回收率为99.84%，RSD为0.25%。结论 金灵咳露的定性鉴别及含量测定方法简便可靠、重现性好，可作为制剂的质量控制方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To provide a method of quality control for Jin Ling Ke Lu.Methods The chemistry analysis，UV-spectrophotometry was used for quantitative analysis.Results The linear arrange is between 0.02～0.12μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.84%, and the RSD was 0.25%.Conclusion The method of quantitative identification for Jin Ling Ke Lu can be used for qualify control, which are convenient and good reproduction.
