血液紫外线照射充氧回输治疗视网膜静脉阻塞

【摘要】 目的 探讨用自体血经紫外线照射充氧后回输治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的方法。方法 RVO患者202例随机分成两组，血疗组102例，采用自体血输氧回输的方法为主；对照组100例，以应用纤维蛋白溶解酶制剂为主。结果 两组治疗后结果有较大差异(P<0.05)，其中血疗组有效率53.92%，显效率24.51%。对照组有效率22.00%，显效率20.00%。结论 自体血经紫外线照射后回输治疗RVO以改善血液内红细胞及血浆的携氧能力，降低红细胞凝集及血黏度，改善视网膜缺氧，使视力提高。【关键词】 紫外线；自体血回输；视网膜静脉阻塞
Treatment of RVO by transfusion of patients own blood oxygenated and shone through ultraviolet ray

【Abstract】 Objective To report our experience on treatment of RVO by transfusing the patients own blood which had been shone through ultraviolet ray and oxygenated.Methods 202 patients with RVO were divided into two groups randomly.One group 102 cases,were treated by transfusing blood,the other 100 cases,were treated mainly by medicines enzyme.Results The effect difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).In the transfusion group,the effect rate was 53.92%,24.51% improved obviously.In the control group,the effect rate was 22.00%,20.00% improving obviously.Conclusion The transfusion treatment has many advantages,improving the blood oxygen,reduce the red blood cells agglutination,ameliorating the retinal hypoxia,regaining the patients visual acuity. ......
