血液毒鼠强的GC/MS检测及在急性中毒患者抢救中的应用

     【摘要】 目的 探讨利用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)建立一种快速检测中毒患者血液毒鼠强的方法。方法 考察5种有机溶剂液-液法提取血液毒鼠强的回收率,研究毒鼠强的线性方程、最低检测限及精密度。结果 乙酸乙酯提取毒鼠强的回收率为90.40%,RSD=2.8%,n=5;毒鼠强线性方程为y=156.5x+236.1,r=0.9988;最低检测限为4ng/ml;日内精密度为RSD为4.3%,日间精密度为RSD为6.7%。解析了毒鼠强质谱图的主要碎片归属。结论 所建方法简单快速、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于临床中毒患者血液毒鼠强的检测。

    The determination of tetramine in blood of acute poisoning patients by GC/MS and clinical application

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to build a method by gas chromatograpy-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)quantitative technique for the determination of tetramine in blood of acute poisoning patients.Methods Researching the extraction rate of tetramine in blood by five kinds of organic solvents including benzene,acetic ether,acetone,chloroform,aether and the standard curve,detection limit,the precision,the repeatability of tetramine.Results The result showed that the extraction yield of acetic ether for tetramine is 90.40%,RSD=2.8%,n=5,and it is an ideal extraction solvent;tetramine work curve is y=156.5x+236.1,r=0.9988;the detection limit is 4ng/ml;RSD of the precision within a day is 4.3%,RSD of the precision between days is 6.7%.GC/MS spectrum of tetramine was also analyzed.Conclusion The extraction and analysis method of tetramine established is sensitive and speciality and is good enough to the diagnosis of the acute poisoning patient. ......
