【摘要】 目的 探讨腺苷是否能诱导急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血单核细胞中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。方法 分别抽取80例ACS患者发病后第1天的外周静脉血，随机分为4组，每组20例，对外周血单核细胞进行分离、培养，其中3组分别加入腺苷10μg、100μg、1000μg培养。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定VEGF浓度。结果 ACS患者VEGF水平随着培养时间的延长而增加，在腺苷10μg组与对照组同时程比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。VEGF水平在腺苷100μg组和1000μg组均显著高于同时程对照组(P<0.05，P<0.01)，与腺苷浓度和作用时间成正比。结论 腺苷能诱导ACS患者外周血单核细胞中血管内皮生长因子表达且与浓度和作用时间成正比。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression of vascular endothelial growth factor by peripheral blood mononuclear cells with adenosine in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) were used for this study.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells,(PBMCs) were isolated from peripheral blood on the 1st day after the onset of ACS.PBMCs were cultured with normal sodium (control group) and adenosine 10μg,100μg,1000μg for 6h,12h,24h.Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in the culture media were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results VEGF levels in the cultured medium of PBMCs after incubation of 6h,12h,24h these group were significantly higher (P<0.05 ......
