【摘要】 目的 评价阿米替林、安定联合治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效，供临床医生用药参考。方法 将75例IBS患者随机分成两组，39例治疗组对症治疗的同时给予阿米替林、安定联合治疗共4周，疗程结束后随诊3～6个月。36例对照组只采用对症治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率92.3%。对照组总有效率69.4%。两组之间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 阿米替林、安定联合治疗IBS疗效显著，值得推广应用。
