     摘要：目的研究氯化甲基汞对PC12细胞活性和分化的影响。方法培养PC12细胞，用不同浓度的甲基汞作用于PC12细胞，用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化，通过MTT检测PC12细胞活性。结果氯化甲基汞能抑制PC12细胞突起生长，降低细胞活性。结论氯化甲基汞可抑制PC12细胞分化和活性。

    Effects of methylmercury on the differentiation and survival of PC12 cells

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of methylmercury on the differentiation and surviva of PC12 cells. Methods Different concentration of methylmercury was used to culture PC12 cells. Morphological change was observed under invertphase contrastmicroscope,cell viability was evaluated via MTT. Results Results showed that methylmercury inhibited the neurite outgrowth and survival of PC12 cells. Conclusion Methylmercury can inhibit the differentiation and survival of PC12 cells. ......
