Study on determination of astragalin in Complex Shark Cartilage Capsules by TLCS

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of determination the content of astragalin in complex shark cartilage capsule. Methods The content of astragalin was determined by TLCS with dual wavelength scanning. Results The linear ranges of matrine was 1～5 μg. The mean rate of recovery was 99.67% and the RSD was 1.03%.The process is simple and reliable for determination the content of astragalin and can be used as a method to control the quality of complex shark cartilage capsule.
