【摘要】 目的 探讨肾功能不全者经血液透析出现精神障碍问题。方法 用GAS量表和SCL-90量表对179例血液透析患者筛选和分类。结果 发现有明显精神症状的发生率为13.96%，明显高于美国、加拿大等国家数据；它与躯体疾病严重程度无显著相关性。结论 长期血液透析，对大脑有影响。建议血液透析治疗时间减半，间隔延长，并适时加入心理和精神药物治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective Exploring the issue of psychosis occurring in renal failure patients after dialysis. Methods Screening and classifying 179 cases of dialysis patients using GAS Table and SCL-90 Table.Results It was discovered that the rate of apparent psychosis occurrence is 13.96%, clearly higher than the data collected in North America and other countries;it has no obvious relationship with the severity of the somatic disease. Conclusion Long-term dialysis has effect on the brain. Suggest the duration of dialysis be reduced by half and the interval be extended, with timely treatment with psychological and psychiatric medications. ......
