【摘要】 目的 研究通灵养心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法 选取心绞痛患者60例随机平均分为两组：治疗组和对照组，分别采用通灵养心汤和消心痛片治疗4周。在治疗前、后分别检查两组患者的内皮素、降钙素相关基因肽、心电图并记录其心绞痛及硝酸甘油服用情况。结果 通灵养心汤治疗4周时两组中医症状计分及硝酸甘油停减率与消心痛片比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗2周时患者ET/CGRP有所降低(P<0.05)。治疗4周时 ET/CGRP明显降低(P<0.001)，且与消心痛片比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 通灵养心汤对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗作用可能是通过降低心绞痛患者ET/CGRP途径实现的。
