     Experiment of the advancing chemosensitization of Vp16 by insulin

    【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effects of insulin on drug sensitivity of Vp16 to PLA801D in vitro. METHODS: MTT assay. RESULTS: ① Insulin was able to process the cells proliferation(P<0.01); ② Concentration of insulin had no obvious change after the effect of PLA801D(P>0.05); ③ Insulin could markedly advance the sensitivity of Vp16 to PLA801D(P<0.01)，especially when insulin was absent. The effect time and concentration of insulin had no influence on the chemosensitivity of Vp16. CONCLUSION: Insulin could sensitize PLA801D to Vp16 in vitro.

    【摘要】目的：研究在胰岛素作用下离体肿瘤细胞对足叶乙甙(Vp16)化疗的增敏作用. 方法： MTT比色法. 结果： ① 胰岛素促进PLA801D细胞的增殖(P<0.01)； ② 与PLA801D作用后胰岛素的浓度无明显变化(P>0.05)； ③ 经胰岛素作用后能提高Vp16对PLA801D的抑制率(P<0.01) ......
