     Attaching importance to the training of persons of high technical ability in the hospital development

    Abstract By analyzing the present situation of talented persons with a high educational background of more than 10 hospitals,we discussed the hospitals mistaken conceptions in the training of talented persons and suggested that we should attach importance to the training of persons of high technical ability all the more while to the education with record of formal schooling if the hospital would develop.
