镓盐对骨质疏松大鼠骨组织板层结构影响的实验研究

     摘要：[目的]探讨镓盐对大鼠骨质疏松骨组织板层结构的影响。[方法]应用脱钙骨切片观察光镜下骨形态；制作扫描电镜样本，在电镜下观察骨质疏松骨组织板层结构情况。[结果]扫描电镜显示对照组骨排列紧密，呈非常规则的板层状；骨质疏松组骨排列紊乱，结构松散，板层结构有破坏；硝酸镓治疗组骨结构比骨质疏松组规则，排列较整齐、密度较大。[结论]镓盐对骨质疏松引起的骨组织板层结构的损伤有改善作用。
