    【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effect of ROSgenerating system on nonenzymatic protein glycation. METHODS: Nonenzymatic protein glycation reactive solutions were established by Horinchi methods and divided into control groups and ROSgenerating groups. Different dosage of H2O2, CHP and Vc/Fe2+ was added into ROSgenerating groups, and then all groups were kept at 37℃ for 60 days. Fluorescence value of AGEs products identified by fluorescence spectrum scanning was measured at EX 370 nm/EM 440 nm. RESULTS: Fluorescence spectrum scanning showed that the peak was at EM 440-450 nm. Fluorescence value in all ROSgenerating groups was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). In H2O2 group, the fluorescence value changed according to different final concentration, but there was no significant difference between 20 μmol/L and 80 μmol/L groups (P>0.05). Between CHP and Vc/Fe2+ ROSgenerating groups, the fluorescence value was significantly different (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: This study indicated that nonenzymatic protein glycation could be inhibited by ROSgenerating system with H2O2, CHP and Vc/Fe2+. Also, there is a doseeffect relationship between H2O2 final concentration and nonenzymatic protein glycation inhibition. ......
