特制人工假体在骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的应用

     摘要：[目的]在新辅助化疗前提下，探讨肢体骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损的修复途径。[方法]收治36例病人，骨肉瘤经过新辅助化疗，术前确定切除范围，订做特制人工假体，行肿瘤切除假体置换术。[结果]5个人工骨盆，经过6个月~8 a的随访，现功能良好。24例恶性骨肿瘤患者，6例死亡，5 a以上存活率为583%，晚期人工关节松动下沉2例，柄部折断1例，经翻修后好转。[结论]特制人工假体在骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损修复方面有其独特的优越性。

    Clinical application of speciallymade prosthetic replacement in extremity salvage treatment of patients with bone tumors

    Abstract：[Objective]To evaluate the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and speciallymade prosthetic replacement in extremity salvage treatment of bone tumors[Method]A total of 36 volunteer patients with osteosarcoma were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and furnished with custommade artificial prosthesis[Result]After 6 months to 8 years follow up,5 cases with custommade artificial pelvis have resumed normal function until nowIn the 24 cases with bone tumors,6 died,the 5year living rate was 583%;2 cases were found artificial joint loosing,1 case was found artifical joint broken in late days,which recovered after reconstruction[Conclusion]The application of speciallymade prosthetic has unique advantages ......
