【摘要】 目的 检测复方丹参滴丸对冠心病伴糖尿病患者(CHD & DM)心率变异(HRV)的影响。方法 对40例明确有心率变异异常的CHD & DM患者随机分为两组，在基础用药相同情况下，治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸，3个月后复查心率变异指标。结果 两组治疗后，除rMSSD、PNN50、LF外均较治疗前明显改善：加服复方丹参滴丸组改善更明显，其SDNN、SDANN、HF较对照组有统计学意义。结论 复方丹参滴丸对CHD & DM患者HRV有明显改善作用。
