超微粉化鳖甲山楂颗粒剂制备工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究超微粉化鳖甲山楂颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法 以熊果酸为指标采用HPLC进行含量测定,利用乙醇回流提取山楂,采用超微粉碎技术处理鳖甲,混合后与适宜辅料制成颗粒剂。结果 制得的颗粒剂各项指标均符合《中国药典》(2005年版)颗粒剂项下的相关规定。结论 本文所确定的制备工艺可行。【关键词】 颗粒剂; 山楂; 鳖甲; 超微粉碎

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation of the micro powderized bie-zha granule.Methods Fructus Crataegi was extracted with alcohol.Carapax Trionycis was ultramicroporwderized. Then the extration mixed with some material to make granule. Results The indexs of the granule were in the range of the regulation.Conclusion The preparation was practicable.
