【摘要】 目的 了解本院抗微生物药物(注射剂)的应用情况及发展趋势。方法 收集2004年度医院用药信息数据，采用Excel进行统计分析。结果 “医保”药物基本达总用药频度的80%。较常用的抗微生物药物为头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、β-内酰胺酶抑制剂及其联合制剂。结论 本院抗微生物药物用药结构基本合理。
