【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the changes of learning ability in rats during ischemic convalescence induced by sustained positive acceleration (+Gz) exposures. METHODS: Twentyfour male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (C), +6 Gz/3 min group (+6 Gz), and +10 Gz/3 min group (+10 Gz). The changes of learning in rats were measured at 0 d(after +Gz exposure immediately), 2 d, 4 d and 6 d after different +Gz exposure. RESULTS: In Ymaze test,the right number decreased significantly (P<0.01),and time of reaction increased significantly (P<0.01) in +6 Gz and +10 Gz group compared to that in control group; the right number increased significantly in +6 Gz group compared to +10 Gz group (P<0.05). In stepthrough test, latent time at 6 d in experimental groups shortened significantly compared to control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: It is suggested that +Gz exposure could impair learning ability of rats extendedly, and increased G level could deteriorate this effect. ......
