摘要:[目的]研究不同年龄组胸黄韧带中BMP2和TGFβ基因表达规律。[方法]利用BMP2和TGFβ cDNA探针,对不同年龄组的黄韧带冰冻切片进行原位杂交,用VIDAS图像分析仪分析。[结果]20岁以下组,有明显的TGFβ表达,无BMP2表达;21~40岁组,黄韧带的附着点处有少量的BMP2和TGFβ阳性表达信号。41~60岁组,在附着点处TGFβ表达较弱,但BMP2表达相对增强。61岁以上组,TGFβ无表达,附着点处有呈簇状BMP2阳性表达信号。VIDAS图像分析显示各组间差异有显著性。[结论]随着年龄的增长,TGFβ表达逐渐减弱,在附着点处出现BMP2的表达。关键词:人胸椎;黄韧带; BMP2和TGFβ; 基因表达

Abstract:[Objective]To observe the gene expression of collagen BMP2 (bone morphogenetic protein2) and TGFβ (transforming growth factorβ) in human thoracic ligamentum flavum[Method]BMP2 and TGF13 probes were labeled and in situ hybridization results were analyzed by VIDAS system[Result](1) Under 20 years group:the positive gene expression of TGFβ was evident,but it was negative to BMP2(2) 21 ~40 years group:there were a few positive signal of both BMP2 and TGFβ on the insertion part(3) 41 ~60 years group:there was only few TGFβ positive signal on insertion part,but BMP2 gene expression was relatively high(4) Over 61 years group:there was not TGFβ expression,but BMP2 expression could only be seen on insertion part and junction part,and was low,but the cells were areatus[Conclusion]In normal ligamentum,there is expression of TGFβ gene,but it decreases with age;with age advancing BMP2 emerges and enhances in the insertion part of ligamentum flavum ......
