     Assessment of immune cells from patients with lung cancer before and after radiofrequency ablation

    【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of radiofrequency hyperthermia on the immune function of patients with lung cancer. METHODS: Immune function of 89 cases of patients with lung cancer was assessed by means of flow cytometry before and after radiofrequency hyperthermia. RESULTS: The numbers of CD3+，CD4+，CD8+ and natural killer cells (NK) CD16+ decreased obviously and the number of B cells CD19+ increased significantly before radiofrequency hyperthermia [(63.32±3.06), (36.83±1.32), (23.7±15.01), (16.80±10.90), (16.30±9.81)].
