【摘要】 目的 观察新生化冲剂对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法 将自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女287例，随机分为观察组160例，对照组127例。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法，于孕囊排出后，观察组服用新生化冲剂12g，每天2次；对照组服用益母草膏10g，每天2次，疗程均为7天。两组同时肌注缩宫素20u，加服阿莫西林0.5g，每日3次，服用7天。结果 两组在孕囊排出时间上差异无显著性；观察组与对照组阴道出血量按量少、量中、量多比较，两组百分比分别为量少：46.20%、36.29%，量中：50.00%、45.16%，量多：3.80%、18.55%，观察组出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组与对照组出血持续时间比较，分别为(8.05±3.25)天、(13.01±5.68)天，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生化冲剂可减少药物流产后阴道出血量，缩短出血时间，推荐临床应用。

    Clinical research on the new granule for postpartum troubles used in the prevention and treatment of colporrhagia after drug abortion

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the new granule for postpartum troubles (Xin sheng hua Chong ji) on the colporrhagia after drug abortion.Methods A total of 287 cases of early pregnancy who want a drug abortion were divided into observation group of 160 cases and control group of 127 cases.The patients in two groups were applied the same dosage drug and method for abortion.After the delivery of gestational sac,patients in observation group took the new granule for postpartum troubles for 7 days,12g per time,2 times a day while the patients in control group took the motherwort soft extract for 7 days,10g per time,2 times a day.The patients in the two groups were all intramusculally injected oxytocin of 20u in addition to oral amoxicilin for 7 days,0.5g per time,4 times a day.Results For the delivery time of gestational sac,there were no obvious differences in two groups.The volum of colporrhagia in two groups were compared upon three levels:small,moderate,and large quantities.For 100 patients,the proportions in observation group and control group were respectively as follows,small:46.20%,36.29%,moderate:50.00%,45.16%,large:3.80%,18.55%,with the observation group being obviously better than control group (P<0.05).Comparing the continuous hemorrhagic times in two groups,the observation group was (8.05±3.25) days and the control group was (13.01±5.68) days.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The new granule for postpartum troubles can reduce the colporrhagia after drug abortion and shorten the hemorrhagic time,which is valuable for clinical application. ......
