流动注射化学发光法测定纳克水平克林霉素

【摘要】 目的 建立快速测定克林霉素的新方法。方法 以克林霉素在一定浓度范围内与luminol-H2O2化学发光强度增加值的线性关系为基础,建立了一种快速、灵敏测定克林霉素的流动注射化学发光新方法。结果 测定的线性范围从1.0pg/ml到1.0ng/ml (r2=0.9996),相对标准偏差少于3.0%(n=5),检出限为0.3pg/ml (3σ)。本法成功地应用于对克林霉素胶囊和人血清和尿液的测定。结论 该法简便快速、灵敏度高、选择性好。【关键词】 克林霉素;鲁米诺;化学发光;流动注射
Determination of nanogram amounts of clindamycin using flow injection chemiluminescence

【Abstract】 Objective A novel assay for the determination of clindamycin was presented.Methods The action was significant in the chemiluminescence system of luminol-hydrogen peroxide with clindamycin as an enhancer. The enhancement of CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of clindamycin.Results The enhanced chemiluminescence intensity was linear with the concentration of clindamycin over the range from 1.0 pg/ml to 1.0 ng/ml (r2 = 0.9996) ......
