【摘要】 目的 探讨民间药水八角的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、急性关节炎模型和佐剂性关节炎模型、热板法和扭体法观察水八角煎液的药理作用。结果 水八角对急性关节炎和小鼠耳廓肿胀法有抑制作用，但对佐剂性关节炎没有明显的抑制作用，有一定的镇痛作用。结论 水八角具有一定抗急性炎症和镇痛的作用。
