     Optimizing the extracting technology of Duhuojisheng decoction by orthogonal design

    【Abstract】 AIM： To establish the optimal extracting technology for the preparation of Duhuojisheng decoction. METHODS： The optimal extracting technology was selected using the total polysaccharides and the rate of paste as the indices by orthogonal design. RESULTS： The optimal conditions were as follows： The decoction was thrice， the water quantity was 10 times，8 times and 8 times as much as the drug quantity， the boiling time was 60，30 and 30 min in each time. CONCLUSION： Products prepared following this process ensure the content of total polysaccharides with no loss of paste rates. ......
