    Efficienct components analysis of WuLing Capsule in hepatic cell lesion by HPLC technique

    【Abstract】 ALM: To investigate the chemical components of WuLing Capsule and its protective effects on the liver cell lesion. METHODS: With the pure monomer component as positive control, we analyzed the components of WuLing Capsule by HPLC. Hepatic cell damage model was prepared by the induction of DGlaN and LPS in vitro separately and then the two different protective effects were compared. RESULTS: Both WuLing Capsule and pure component could obviously depress the levels of ALT, LDHL, MAO and GSHST, which were higher in damaged primary hepatic cells induced by DgalN and LPS. Schisandrin B, Crytotanshinone and TanshinoneⅡA were the efficient components analyzed from nutrient solution and hepatic cells. CONCLUSION: Schisandin B, Crytotanshinone and TanshinoneⅡA are the effective chemical components of WuLing Capsule, which have some protective effects on the liver cell lesion. ......
