摘要:目的 研究间生态离体兔心支持系统模型的建立。〖HT5”H〗方法 32只大耳白兔随机分为16对。每对动物包括支持兔及取离体心脏的供体兔各1只。离体心脏经支持兔动静脉插管转流辅助。经过30min平衡期,30min缺血期,90min再灌注期。观察平衡期、再灌注30min、60min和90min支持兔辅助情况及离体心脏收缩压、心率及冠脉流量等。〖HT5”H〗结果 模型建立成功10对(62.5%)。支持兔可稳定辅助150min,离体心脏复苏后30min、60min和90min时左室舒缩压差(LVDP)与平衡期比较无差异,心率及冠脉流量较平衡期减低(P<0.01)。〖HT5”H〗结论 离体心脏在支持兔辅助下可稳定工作,模型失败的主要原因为支持兔衰竭。关键词:离体心脏; 血液灌注;共生支持
Experimental Study of Blood-Perfused Parabiotic 〖JZ〗Isolated Rabbit Heart Langendorff Preparation

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To introduce a system for study of function and metabolism in the isolated rabbit heart. 〖WTHZ〗〖HT5”H〗METHODS 32 rabbits were randomly divided into 16 experimental pairs, each pair consisting of a donor and support rabbit. Isolated hearts were supported by another animal through artery-heart-vein bypass. A 30 minute stabilization period was followed by 30 minutes of global normothernic ischemia, and by 90 minutes of reperfusion. The developed pressure, heart rate, coronary blood flow were measured at baseline, 30, 60 and 90 minutes after reperfusion.〖WTHZ〗〖HT5”H〗RESULTS 10 experimental model has been established successfully. After reperfusion left ventricular developed pressure differed little from that of the baseline data. But the coronary blood flow and heart rate were decreased(P<0.01).〖WTHZ〗〖HT5”H〗CONCLUSION The failure of the model was mainly due to the systemic failure of the support rabbit. ......
