    Clinic analysis of primary diagnostic islet cell tumors of 45 cases

    【Abstract】AIM： This essay analyzes the primary diagnostic islet cell tumors of 45 cases. METHODS： The 45 cases are divided into two groups: the islet cell tumor group (n=35) and the reactive hypoglycemia group(n=10). RESULTS： The conclusion from the clinic data in detail and the comparison of each index in the two groups are as follows:(1) starvation or cold sweat,coma,Whipple′s triad, starving test ,the ratio of immunoreactive insulin(IRI)in the fasting state and plasma glucose >0.3, all of them show significant differences in the two groups(P<0.05). (2) The concentration of hypoglycemia when happening,the symptom of psychosis,epilepsy ,steamedbun test ,Bultrasound and CT,all of them in the two groups show no significant differences.CONCLUSION： It is pointed out that each index above in the first has much more contributive value during primary diagnosis.Also causes of leakage of diagnosis,misdiagnosis,and recur as well as the ways to solve them are explored. ......
