【摘要】 目的 评估鼻内镜外科技术(endoscopic sinus surgery，ESS)与ESS+鼻中隔手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉伴鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法 对36例鼻中隔偏曲伴鼻窦炎或鼻息肉病例行中隔处理+ESS，对照组71例行ESS。比较两组的术后疗效。结果 中隔手术组与非中隔手术组其治愈率、好转率、无效率分别为83.3%与73.2%，11.1%与19.7%，5.6%与7.0%。两组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后上皮化程度、鼻甲粘连情况、分泌物及窦口开放差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 鼻中隔变异常见，与慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉密切相关，处理中隔异常是ESS的一项重要内容。
