【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the expression of nuclear factor NFκB in primary cultured mouse fetus neurons. METHODS: The neurons primarily cultured in vitro after ischemialike reperfusion, and the expression of NFκB was assayed by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. RESULTS: Immunofluorescence results showed that the expression of NFκB increased and moved from cytoplasm to nuclear. Flow cytometry results showed that the expression of NFκB was 1.28% (before ischemiareperfusion) and 38.72% (after ischemiareperfusion). CONCLUSION: NFκB exits in neural cells and after ischemiareperfusion injury it will be activated, move from cytoplasma to nuclei and play a regulatory role of gene transcription. ......
