IL2对垂体瘤细胞系RC4B/C细胞分泌ACTH的影响

    Effects of IL2 on the secretion of ACTH from RC4B/C pituitary adnoma cell line

    【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the roles of IL2 on the secretion of ACTH from RC4B/C pituitary adenoma cell line and its related factors. METHODS: By using radioimmunoassay (RIA), to measure the concentration of ACTH in the medium in which the RC4B/C cell line was cultured. RESULTS: IL2 (1×104-5×105 U·L-1) could enhance the secretion of ACTH from RC4B/C cell line. This action could be blocked partly either by PKA inhibitor H9 (1 μmol·L-1) or PTK inhibitor tyrphostin23 (1 μmol·L-1). CONCLUSION: IL2 can stimulate the ACTH secretion from RC4B/C cell line. This role of IL2 is in close relationship with PKA and PTK signal transduction pathway.
