【摘要】 目的 探讨利福喷丁药物对结核病高危人群的保护作用。 方法 将结核菌素强阳性患者随机分为实验组及对照组，分别口服利福喷丁与异烟肼预防治疗3个月，随访其接受性及活动性结核病发生情况。 结果 口服利福喷丁组预防治疗的接受率为81.84%，药物不良反应率6.74%，2年内活动性结核病累积发病率为2.96‰，效果指数达8.07，可以避免87.61%的PPD强阳性患者发生结核病;服用异烟肼预防治疗组接受率69.14%，药物不良反应发生率14.09%，活动性结核病累积发病率为4.26‰，效果指数达5.61，保护率82.17%。两组之间不良反应及结核病发病率差异均有显著性。 结论 利福喷丁对高危人群的预防性治疗不良反应少，接受性高，具有好的保护作用，可以替代异烟肼用于结核病高危人群的药物预防。
