【摘要】 目的 对基于网络的最小化随机化分组系统的分组结果设盲。 方法 根据临床试验设计的设盲原则，使用VISUAL BASIC脚本编写的(active server pages，ASP)和数据库查询语言(structured query language，SQL)实现对药物编号和治疗组之间的二次随机化，达到药物编号和实际治疗组之间的设盲。 结果 基于网络的最小化随机分组系统的分组结果被成功设盲，系统用户可以通过因特网使用浏览器得到与当前病人对应的药物编号。 结论 基于网络的最小化随机化分组系统的可以在双盲的随机化多中心临床试验中广泛应用。
