【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预对内镜下食管曲张静脉套扎治疗过程中心理问题的影响。方法 对80例套扎治疗患者进行心理问卷调查，分析其心理特征，并针对不同的心理状态给予护理干预。结果 干预后患者的心理问题发生率较干预前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论 内镜下套扎治疗过程中，对患者实施有效的心理干预，可减轻患者的精神压力，减少并发症的发生，提高治疗成功率。【关键词】 内镜；食管曲张静脉套扎术；心理学；护理

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of psychological problem and the nursing intervention in endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation.Methods To carry out psychological questionnaire investigation of 80 patients after endoscopic variceal ligation and to analyze the 80 patients psychological characteristics,and provide different nursing intervention to different mentation.Results The results showed that the psychological problem incidence rate significant descend as compared pro-intervention with post-intervention.Conclusion To perform effective mental intervention in endoscopic variceal ligation can relieve patient's tention and reduce complications and increase cure rate. ......
