    贵州产淫羊藿资源与质量考察研究

    摘要: 目的 调查研究贵州产淫羊藿野生资源, 并对其质量进行考察对比, 为半野生中药材淫羊藿GA P

    基地建设及其SO P 的制订提供依据, 以求淫羊藿资源的可持续利用。 方法 深入贵州的淫羊藿产区进行资源

    调查, 分类学研究, 黄酮类成分质量考察评价。结果 基本查明贵州产淫羊藿的野生资源, 现知有淫羊藿属药

    用植物 17 种 2 变种, 以粗毛淫羊藿、黔岭淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿等为主流品种, 粗毛淫羊藿产量最大而质量佳,黔岭淫羊藿质量相对较差。结论 贵州的淫羊藿资源丰富, 粗毛淫羊藿是目前药用的主要来源, 值得深入研

    究与开发, 并建议新版《中国药典》予以收载。

    Abstract :Object ive To invest igate the recou rce of w ild Herba Ep im edii and it s quality, and p rovide

    evidence fo r bu ilding up the GA P base and fo rm u lat ion of SO P. Method Invest igat ion of resou rce w as

    car r ied ou t in grow ing area of Herba Ep im edii in Gu ichou . The research of taxo logy and analysis of

    f lavono ids w ere car r ied ou t . Results The resou rce of the w ild m edicinal p lan t s (Ep im ed ium L. ) in

    Gu izhou w ere basically num bered . There w ere 17 species and 2 sub species, of w h ich Ep im ed ium

    acum ina tum , E. lep torrh iz um and E. w ushanensew ere the m ain species . The p roduct ivity and quality of

    Ep im ed ium acum ina tum w ere the h ighest, w h ile the quality of E. lep torrh iz um w as relat ively low.

    Conclus ion Gu ichou is abundan t in resou rce of Herba Ep im edii . Ep im ed ium acum ina tum is the m ajo r

    resou rce and is wo r thy of fu r ther research and developm en t . The en t ry of Ep im ed ium acum ina tum in the

    new edit ion of Ch ina Pharm acopoeia is recomm ended .

    淫羊藿是我国著名的传统中药, 也是贵州最为

    常用的重要苗药, 历代本草及苗医药文献均有记

    载[ 1, 2 ]。淫羊藿具有补肾阳, 强筋骨, 祛风湿, 助阳益

    精等功能, 用于阳痿遗精, 筋骨痿软, 风湿痹痛, 麻木

    拘挛等症。现临床上还常用于治疗骨质疏松、更年期

    综合症、乳房肿块、高血压、冠心病等疾病。淫羊藿历

    来均以野生品供药用, 随着现代科技对淫羊藿的深

    入研究, 新功能新用途不断发现, 以淫羊藿为主要原

    料的中成药、民族药产品不断问世, 对淫羊藿的需求

    日益加大, 使其野生资源渐有不能满足需求之虞。为

    了保护淫羊藿资源, 保证药材质量, 使其可持续发

    展, 以淫羊藿为主药生产“仙灵骨葆胶囊”等系列产

    上, 自1996 年起则进行了贵州产淫羊藿资源调查及

    其野生变家种试验, 1999 年又主持了国家科技部

    “九五”国家重点攻关计划项目“杜仲、淫羊藿、石斛

    等三种中药材规范化种植研究” , 并具体承担了“淫

    羊藿规范化种植研究”。现结合我们承担“淫羊藿规

    范化种植研究”科技攻关项目的实践, 将贵州产淫羊

    藿资源与质量考察研究情况予以报告。

    1 贵州产淫羊藿的资源调查

    淫羊藿属(Ep im ed ium L. ) 植物全世界约 50

    种,我国约40 余种, 并为该属的地理分布中心。经调

    查, 现知贵州分布的淫羊藿属药用植物有17 种2 变

    种。即: 巫山淫羊藿 Ep im ed ium w ushanense T. S .

    Ying、箭 叶 淫 羊 藿 E. sag it ta tum ( S . et . Z . ) ......
