摘要: 目的 建立茯苓药材指纹图谱模糊模式识别方法。方法 高效液相色谱法, 色谱条件Phenomenex
L una C18柱(4. 6 mm×150 mm , 5 L m) , 流动相乙腈20. 05%磷酸溶液(体积比 64∶36) , 柱温 25 ℃ , 检测波长
242 nm , 流速1. 0mL? m in, 用广义夹角余弦法进行指纹图谱模式识别分析。结果 测定的3 批样品与模式标
准有很好的相似性, 与形态学鉴定结果一致。结论 该方法能从定性和定量角度对茯苓药材指纹图谱进行分
析。

f ingerp r in t w as analyzed by compu ter . Results The resu lt confo rm w ith tho se of the mo rpho logical
exam inat ion . Conclus ion The p ropo sed m ethod cou ld be u sed fo r determ in ing the f ingerp r in t of
T radit ional Ch inese m edicine qualitat ively and quan t itat ively, and have a bet ter steaility and repeatab ility .

中药指纹图谱是指某种(或某产地)中药所共有
的具有特征性的某类化学成分的色谱或光谱的特征
性图谱。目前, 指纹图谱的测定多采用高效液相色谱
法, 评价指标一般为各共有色谱峰定量化表征参数,如峰面积或峰高值[ 1 ]
, 缺乏各共有色谱峰定性量化
模糊性的表征参数, 难以体现指纹图谱的整体性和
模糊性。本文采用高效液相色谱法对10 批茯苓药材
进行测定, 选用各共有峰的相对保留时间、相对百分
面积、相对百分高度、光谱相似系数[ 2 ]
、三点纯度系
数为表征参数, 建立了茯苓药材的指纹图谱模式标
准, 运用模糊模式识别方法[ 3, 4 ]
对三批药材进行了评
价, 现报道如下。
