    复方苦参注射液在化疗中的作用评价

    [摘 要] 目的:评价复方苦参注射液在恶性肿瘤化疗中的作用。方法:应用复方苦参注射液配合化疗治疗恶性

    肿瘤 70 例(实验组) ,与单纯化学治疗恶性肿瘤 60 例(对照组)对照。结果:实验组恶心、呕吐、肝功能损害发生率

    明显低于对照组( P < 0105) ,口腔炎、腹泻发生率也低于对照组 ,但无明显差异( P > 0105) ,实验组化疗后 KPS评分

    有不同程度上升 ,但无明显差异 ,而对照组化疗后 KPS评分降低 ,且有明显差异( P < 0105) ,实验组化疗后白细胞

    变化无明显差异( P > 0105) ,对照组化疗前后白细胞下降明显( P < 0105) 。实验组病灶完全缓解及部分缓解共计

    52 例 ,总有效率 74129 % ,对照组为 41 例 ,总有效率 68133 % ,两组无显著性差异( P > 0105) 。结论:复方苦参注射

    液配合肿瘤化疗 ,虽然不能明显增加疗效 ,但能明显减轻化疗毒副作用 ,提高患者对化疗的耐受能力 ,提高患者生

    活质量 ,具有临床应用价值。

    [ Abstract] Objective :To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of compound Radix sophorae f lavescentis injec2

    tion in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor1 Methods :130 cases with malignant tumor were divided into two

    groups1 70 patients of test group were treated with compound Radix sophorae f lavescentis injection and also

    received chemotherapy , and 60 patients of control group only received chemotherapy1 Results :The incidence

    rates of nausea , vomit and hepatic injury in test group were lower than those in control group ( P < 0105) ,and

    so were the incidence rates of oral cavity inflammation and diarrhea ,but no apparent difference ( P > 0105) .

    The KPS value after chemotherapy in test group was higher ( P > 0105) while it was lower apparently in con2

    trol group ( P < 0105) 1 The change of WBC in test group after chemotherapy was not apparent but the WBC

    reduced apparently in control group ( P < 0105) 1 There were more cases with complete response or partial re2

    sponse in test group than those in control group1 The total efficiency rates in two groups were 74129 % and

    68133 % respectively( P > 0105) 1 Conclusions : The application of compound Radix sophorae f lavescentis in2
