深山含笑嫁接技术研究X

    摘 要:对深山含笑苗圃嫁接时期、嫁接方法进行了研究。结果表明:在用白玉兰作砧木嫁接

    深山含笑时 ,在各个时期进行嵌芽接的嫁接成活率均很低;枝接以 3 月中下旬最理想。其中:

    带顶芽切接成活率在 9518 % ,其次是不带顶芽包头切接 ,成活率达 8510 % ,都显著高于或极显

    著高于同期进行的不带顶芽不包头切接。

    Abs t ract : Graf t ing periods and graf t ing met hods of Michelia maudiae Dunn were studied . The resul ts indicat2

    ed : t he survival rates of shield - like bud graf t ing in all experimental periods rate are very low ;scion graf t ing

    in middle and late March is t he best ,while in ot her periods are very bad ; scion graf t ing wi t h t op bud is t he

    best shoot graf t ing met hod , i ts graf t ing survival rate is up t o 95. 8 % , and t hat of scion graf t ing wi t h upper end

    of shoot wi t hout t op bud wrapped is bet ter up t o 85. 0 % , bot h are very signif icant ly or signif icant ly higher

    t han t hat of scion graf t ing wi t h upper end of shoot wi t hout t op bud unwrapped at same period.

    含笑属常绿乔木,树高可达 20 m ,树冠整齐,树姿

    美观,枝叶繁茂,早春更是满树白花,花大清香,是

    观赏绿化的优良树种;其木材纹理通直,结构细致,加工不变形, 耐腐蚀, 是家具细木工件的好材
