    Abstract : The analysis of fat ty oil and polysaccharides in seeds f rom Coix puel larum Balansa , C. stenocarpa Balansa ,C. lacryma2jobi L. , C. lacryma2jobi L. var. maxima Makino , C. chinensis Tod. and C. chinensis Tod. var.

    f ormosana (Ohwi) L. Liu showed that fat ty oil contains composition of six fat ty acids : palmic acid (9. 71 %～13.

    90 %) , palmitoleic acid (0. 18 %～0. 56 %) , stearic acid (1. 46 %～1. 65 %) , oleic acid (44. 50 %～54. 40 %) , linoleic

    acid (28. 49 %～38. 30 %) and linolenic acid (0. 53 %～0. 99 %) and content of polysaccharides is 2. 2 %～8. 3 %.

    薏苡属( Coix L. )植物种仁含油率一般在 3 %～7 % ,薏

    苡仁是重要中药材 ,也是保健食品 ,因而受到人们的重视。

    薏苡含多种生理活性成分 ,有利尿、抗炎、排脓、镇痛等功效。

    近年来发现薏苡仁中油脂成分有抗癌作用;多糖成分可以降

    低血糖 ,用于糖尿病的治疗。本文报道国产薏苡属 4 种 2 变

    种种仁油脂及多糖成分。

    1 材 料 和 方 法

    111 材料及来源

    小珠薏苡( Coix puel larum Balansa)采自云南 ,窄果薏苡

    ( C. stenocarpa Balansa) 采自云南 ,薏苡 ( C. lacryma2jobi

    L. )采自江苏 ,念珠薏苡( C. lacryma2jobi L. var. maxima

    Makino)采自浙江 ,薏米( C. chinensis Tod. )采自江苏 ,台湾

    薏苡( C. chinensis Tod. var. f ormosana (Ohwi) L. Liu)采自

    云南 ......
