    摘 要:本文阐述了中国荞麦的生产情况及在世界的地位;国际市场的贸易;营养价值和健身功能,以及荞麦

    的传统食品、风味食品及制成品。

    Production and Trading of Buckwheat in China, Nutrition and Food
