    摘 要:目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和p53在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义. 方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测肺癌患者肿瘤组织中PCNA和p53的表达，并探讨其与肿瘤发生及恶性行为之间的关系. 结果 肺癌组织中p53蛋白阳性表达率为70%，较正常组有显著差异(P<0.01)，p53蛋白阳性表达率在淋巴结转移者显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)，在不同组织学分级和病理分期的肺癌组织间p53的表达无差异性.肺癌组织PCNA标记指数随组织学分级和病理分期的增高而增高(P<0.01)，有淋巴结转移者较无淋巴结转移者显著增高(P<0.01).p53阳性表达者PCNA标记指数显著高于p53表达阴性者(P<0.01). 结论 p53蛋白表达与肺癌的发生和淋巴结转移密切相关;PCNA与肺癌的生长及恶性行为有关.

    Abstract:AIM To study the expressions and clinical signifi-cance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and p53in lung cancer tissue.METHODS Immunohistochemical strep-tavidin biotin peroxidase complex(SABC)method was used to detect PCNA and p53expressions in lung cancer tissue.RESULTS Positive rate(70%)of p53protein expression in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue(P<0.01).Positive rate of p53expression in the patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between PCNA labeling index(PC-NA-LI)and tumor histologic grade and pathological phase of lung cancer(P<0.01).PCNA-LI of patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients without metastasis(P<0.01).PCNA-LI in p53positive lung cancer tissue was higher than that in p53negative tissue(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Expression of p53protein is significantly correlated with the carcinogenesis and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.The expression of PCNA is related to the growth and malignant behavior of lung cancer. ...... 如果您在使用手机等流览时无法查看或下载全文，可能是被搜索引擎失真“转码”，请点击屏幕最下方的“电脑版”或“原网页”访问。
