【摘要】 目的 探讨护生毕业实习质量管理。方法 分析、总结护生毕业实习初期阶段的主要问题并做出决策。结果 促进了实习质量管理，达到了事半功倍之效。结论 加强护生综合素质培养,做好实习前准备，有利于提高实习质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the quality management for nursing students in their final clinical practice.Methods Analyze,summarize the major problems on nursing students′ earlier stage′s of the final clinical practice and introduce the countermeasure-making.Results The quality management for the final clinical practice was improved,and got double virtues by costing half work.Conclusion The final clinical practice quality can be improved by enhancing nursing students′ whole qualities and doing well preparation for the practice.
