关键词: 低氧;Müller细胞;超微结构;神经胶质酸性蛋白;细胞,培养的摘 要:目的 探讨持续低流量缺氧条件下视网膜Müller细胞超微结构的改变及缺氧对神经胶质酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的影响. 方法 采用透射电镜、western blot方法对缺氧条件下培养的视网膜Müller细胞进行观察. 结果 缺氧48h后,视网膜Müller细胞的超微结构发生改变,细胞内GFAP表达较对照组增高. 结论 持续低流量缺氧48h,即可对视网膜Müller细胞造成一定的损伤.

Abstract:AIM To study the effects of hypoxia on the ultra-structure and GFAP's expression of Müller cells.METHODS Transmission electron microscope and western-blot tech-nique were used to observe the Müller cells cultured at hy-poxia condition.RESULTS After48h of hypoxia,the reti-nal Müller cells'ultrastructure apparently changed and the glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)had an increased ex-pression compared to the control group.CONCLUSION Certain lesion would happen to the retinal Müller cells when they were insulted by48h hypoxia. ......
