    摘 要：目的：探讨内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫腓骨多段开放性骨折的疗效、使用方法、注意事项。方法：选择病例20例，均为开放性3段或3段以上伴不同程度粉碎性骨折，取用单侧多功能外固定支架(张家港市金兔医疗器械有限公司生产)，同时常规行植骨术。结果：本组病例均解剖复位，全部骨折愈合良好，无延迟愈合或不愈合，骨折临床愈合时间6～14个月，去除外固定时间为6～15个月。结论：该治疗方法由于创伤小，固定可靠，具有安全、有效、经济的特点，值得推广应用。
