【摘要】 目的 探讨持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)健康教育对肾衰病人腹膜透析后并发症发生发展状况的影响，并寻求减少持续性不卧床腹膜透析病人并发症的有效途径。方法 采用院内培训和院外随访的方法，对2002年7月～2004年6月在我院肾病内科进行腹膜透析的72例病人进行调查。结果 培训组的病人腹膜透析后相关并发症的发生率与对照组的病人差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 建议医务人员为减少腹膜透析并发症的发生、提高病人的生活质量，对病人进行腹膜透析健康教育。【关键词】 健康教育；并发症；腹膜透析

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of peritoneal dialysis (PD) health education on the complication of continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis(CAPD) treatment,and look for effective or alternative ways of reducing complication of CAPD.Methods 72 PD cases were chosen for the survey.Patients were categorized into trained or untrained group for observation.Follow-up observation of trained and untrained group from July 2002 to June 2004.Results There was a remarkable difference of the incidence rate(P<0.05) of side effects between the untrained and trained patient groups.Conclusion The hospital personnel health education for PD patients may reduce the side effects and improve the pextcents live conditions. ......
