焦作地区984例进口皮革从业人员

    摘要 目的 了解焦作地区进口皮革企业从业人员身体健康状况 ,配合动植物检疫部门和卫

    生监督部门的工作。方法 常规体检内科、外科、胸透、心电图、 B 超查肝、胆、脾、肾。无菌抽取静

    脉血5ml ,分离血清 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测 HBsAg ,表面抗原阳性者检测乙肝五项 ,采用试管

    凝集试验检测布氏杆菌抗体。结果 疾病总检出率为 47126 %(465 984) ,共查出疾病种类 25 种 ,患两种疾病以上的有86人 ,检出率为8174 %。发现脂肪肝、高血压病、乙肝病毒携带者、窦性心率

    不齐是这类人群的常见疾病 ,其检出率分别为 17199 %(177 984) 、 13192 %(137 984) 、 7172 %(76

    984) 、 7152 %(74 984) 。结论 从业人员的身体健康状况不容乐观 ,提示预防疾病要从源头做起 ,除合理饮食 ,生活和工作规律 ,劳逸结合外 ,还要坚持定期体检 ,以期得到早发现 ,早治疗。

    Abstract Objective To investigate the tanners’health status of imported industries in Jianzuo area.

    Method The tanners were processed by physical examination ;x - ray examination ,cardiogram and B type ul2

    trasonic examination. ELISA tested for HBV in serum of all peoples. Tube Agglutination tested the antibody of

    Bruvella. Results The total incidence of 25 kinds of disease is 47. 26(456 984) . The incidence of two kinds

    of disease is 8. 74 %(86 984) . Some diseases show higher prevalence : The superfatted liver 17. 99 %(177

    984) ,hypertension 13. 92 %(137 984) ,arrhythmia 7. 72 %(76 984) and HBV health carrier 7. 52 %(74

    984) . Conclusion The results suggest that the health status if these tanners is abnormal . They shouldpay more

    attention to their health ,regular diet ,enough rest and have periodical physical examination.
