黄骅港口岸船舶卫生状况调查分析

    摘要 目的 加强对船舶的卫生检疫、卫生监督和卫生处理 ,防止医学媒介生物及病原体的传

    播扩散。方法 对2002年来港船舶进行环境卫生检查及鼠虫患检查;对杀虫灭鼠药品、器械进行

    检查;对船员健康状况进行监测;对压舱水的装载港进行调查。结果 93 艘次船舶中有 19 艘次环

    境卫生状况差 ,占 20. 43 %;虫患阳性船舶 41 艘次 ,阳性率为 44. 09 %;有 15 艘次压舱水装载自疫

    区 ,占16. 13 %。结论 必须加强对船舶的卫生检疫、卫生监督及卫生处理工作 ,并强化对船员的

    卫生管理和卫生宣传。

    Abstract Objective To strengthen sanitary quarantine , sanitary supervision and sanitary measures and

    prevent medical insect vectors and pathogen into or out of country. Methods Inspect the sanitation and rats

    or insects on the ship coming into port in 2002 ; inspect the drugs and instruments for killing rats or insects ;

    take crews health condition under surveillance ; investigate the port of charging the ballast water. Results A2

    mong the 93 ships , 19 ships were in poor sanitation and the rate is 20. 43 %; 41 ships having insects and the

    rate is 44. 09 %;15 ships ballast water was taken from infected area and the rate is 16. 13 %. Conclusion

    The health quarantine , sanitary supervision and health measures must be strengthened and health management

    and publicity for the crews must be reinforced.

    黄骅港属国家重点投资项目 ,是西煤东运的第

    二龙头。一期工程已竣工并投入使用 ,目前有码头

    一个 ,泊位三个。2002 年吞吐量达 1 653 万吨 ,2003

    年预计吞吐量达 3 500 万吨 ,出口煤炭 1 000 万吨。

    来自不同国家和地区的船舶及携带的废弃物和垃圾

    可能携带医学媒介生物及病原体 ,压舱水有的装载

    自疫区 ,若卫生处理不当或效果不佳势必造成船舶

    携带的医学媒介生物及病原体的传播扩散。针对这

    一情况 ,沧州出入境检验检疫局黄骅港办事处对

    2002年度来港船舶的卫生检疫和卫生监督结果进

    行了分析研究 ,现将结果报告如下 ......
