厦门口岸2001年出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

    摘要 目的 通过对疾病监测结果的分析,更好地了解疾病分布,有利于疾病的防治。方法 对

    2001年经厦门口岸出入境的7032人疾病监测结果进行分析。结果 共检出疾病及指标异常1500例

    次,其中 HBsAg阳性943例,ALT增高152例,高血压251例,心电图异常147例,梅毒感染者5例,HIV

    感染者2例。结论 认真作好疾病监测,防止传染病传入、传出,同时更好地为出入境人员的健康服

    务。

    Abstract Objective Analysis the results of the disease surveillance in order to find out the distribution

    of disease ,to prevent and treatment disease.Method Analysis the results of the disease surveillance of 7032 en2

    try - exit people in Xiamen port in 2001. Results Among 7032 peolpe ,we find out disease or abnormal 1500

    cases. their species composing are HBsAg carriers 943 cases ,ALT abnormal 152 cases ,high pressure 251 cases ,ECGabnormal 147 cases , syphilis 5 cases ,HIV carriers 2 cases. Conclusion We should strengthen disease

    surveillance to prevent infectious disease transmission so that we can do better to keep the entry - exit people

    health.

    对出入境人员的疾病监测体检,及时发现、防止

    传染病由国外传入和国内传出中起着重要作用。同

    时通过健康检查,可以发现出入境人员的健康问题,提供及时、有效、有针对性的健康指导,保障人民的健

    康。厦门口岸是我国沿海的一个重要改革开放的口

    岸,每年均有大量人员出入境,认真做好出入境人员

    的疾病监测,是我们的重要职责。

    1 对象及方法

    111 对象

    2001年经厦门口岸出入境的各类法定受监测人

    员,共7032人,具体包括:交通员工,劳务人员,公务、探亲、留学的出国人员,在本地办理居住证的外籍人

    员及港澳台同胞,构成情况详见表1 ......
