摘要:目的:观察和分析卷曲霉素静脉滴注治疗耐药肺结核的疗效。方法:对选入2002年3月至2005年3月期间收治资料完整的102例耐药肺结核病例，分为治疗组62例，对照组40例。治疗组应用含卷曲霉素静脉滴注联合抗结核化学药物持续治疗一年。对照组不含卷曲霉素静脉滴注的抗结核化学药物。两组抗结核药物组成相同。结果: 两组病例疗程结束时：痰结核菌转阴率，治疗组涂(-)培(-)87.09%(54/62)，对照组涂(-)培(-)67.5%(27/40) (P<0.05)；肺部病灶空洞变化情况，治疗组空洞转阴率90.63%(29/32)，对照组空洞转阴率66.67%(12/18)(P<0.01)；肺部病灶变化情况，治疗组病灶吸收好转率93.55%(58/62)，对照组病灶吸收好转率85%(34/40) (P<0.05)。结论:卷曲霉素静脉滴注联合抗结核化学药物治疗耐药肺结核疗效优于不含卷曲霉素静脉滴注的抗结核化学药物。尤其对耐药性肺结核的治疗取得了较好的疗效。

    Clinical Analysis the Treatment for Drug-tolerant Pulmonary Tuberculosis By Intravenous Drip of Capreomycin

    Abstract: Objective: To observe and analyse the curative effect of intravenous drip of capreomycin in the treatment for drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 102 patients with drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis(who were admilted to hospital and treated with intact case data during the years from March , 2002 to March , 2005)were divided into therapeutic group (62 cases)and control group (Hocases) .The patients in the therapeutic group were treated with combined antituber culotic drugs including intravenous drip of capreomycin for a successive year while the patients in the controc group were treated with antituber culotic drugs not including intravenons drip of capreomycin. The compositions of drugs in the two groups were the same .Result: At the end of course of case treatment in the two groups , the negative trans formation rate of sputum tubercle bacillus in the therapeutic group was 87.09%(54/62) with 67.5% (27/40) in the control group in smearing culture (P<0.05) . In the condition of changes of pulmonary focal cavity , the negative trans formation rate of pulmonary cavity was 90.63%(29/32) in the therapeutic group with 66.67% (12/18) in the control group (P <0.01). In the condition of changes of pulmonary focus ,the improvement rate of absorption was 93.55%(58/62) in the therapeutic group with 85%(34/40) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of drug-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis , intravenous drip of capreomycin combined with antituber culotic drugs can have a better curative effect than those withont intravenous drip of capreomycin and especially Rave a better curative effect on drng-tolerant pulmonary tuberculosis. ......
