摘要：目的：应用阴道超声检查诊断子宫腺肌病，并与腹部超声进行对比，探讨两种方法诊断子宫腺肌病的临床价值。方法：选择2004年1月至2005年7月经手术病理确诊的155例子宫腺肌病患者，术前均行阴道超声和腹部超声检查。结果：阴道超声和腹部超声诊断子宫腺肌病与术后病理符合率分别为89.670%、66.80%，二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：经阴道超声检查诊断子宫腺肌病较腹部超声检查具有更高的准确性。

    Comparative Study of Transvaginal Ultrasonograghy and Abdominal Ultrasonograghy in Diagnosing Adenomyosis

    Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy in diagnos adenomyosis. Method： From January 2004 to July 2005, 155 patients with adenomyosis were proved with pathology. All patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy before operation. Result： The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy were 89.67% and 66.80% respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion： Comparing with abdominal ultrasonograghy, transvaginal ultrasonography had more accuracy in diagnosis with adenomyosis. ......
