摘要：目的：用四种治疗消化性溃疡的药物对消化性溃疡患者进行阶梯性治疗，观察其预防复发的临床功效。方法：把确诊的113例消化性溃疡患者分为两组：奥美拉唑、羟氨苄青霉素、胶态次枸橼酸铋、呋喃唑酮阶梯性治疗组和单纯奥美拉唑治疗组，对两组进行疗效观察。结果：前6周两组疗效无明显差异，半年复查阶梯性治疗组复发率低于单纯组。结论：阶梯性疗法治疗消化性溃疡能有效地降低消化性溃疡的复发率。

    Study of the Efficacy of Ladder-like Therapy to Prevent Recurrence of Peptic Ulcer

    Abstract： Objective: To study of the efficacy of ladder-like therapy to prevent recurrence of peptic ulcer,four kinds of medicine were used for the ladder-like treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods: 113 cases of patients with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups,with ladder-like groups treatment with Omeprazole ,Amoicillin, Colloidal Bismuth Pectin and Furazolidone, and Omeprazole groups.and observe the efficacy of two groups. Result: There was no significant different of efficacy of 6 weeks therapy of two groups, but the recurrence rate was much lower in ladder-like therapy group compared to Omeprazole group after six weeks of therapy. Conclusion: It can decrease peptic ulcer recurrence effectively by ladder-like therapy for peptic ulcer. ......
